Otaku Mascots are little thigns that sit on the windows opened on your somputer, they sit on the active winodw, the one your currently in, if you lick them they do stuff, i'v decided to share the ones i make in my free time, but you'll need the Otaku Mascot Program and i'm not putting it up here, you have to go to the site and download it yourself, i'm not going to put up fan made one ok so don't ask
