Machines that can think on their own, they are confined to a core program which is what they must follow in life, Robots don't have human features and just look like normal machines, they can't feel and have very, very limited emotions

Reploids

Reploids are advance robtos created by Dr Light and Dr Wily, they have human features, have more indepth emotions, can feel heat, cold, pain ect., depending on the generation of Reploid is what they can do

Reploids:
First Generation

these Reploids was still confined to their core program which is given to them at activation, however even with this they can still make their own desisions in life and act on their own accord, Megaman, Protoman and Roll was the first of the First Generation of Reploids

Mavericks

Mavericks are Reploids and Robots that have either broken any of the rules of robotics or have been infected by a Maverick Virus, their system is corrupted and they don't follow any programing ever, they do what they want, some take up crime, some cause trouble, but most try and kill humans in order to set things right as they think humans are weak, but they all need to be destroyed as Mavericks can be used to start wars and other conflicts, peace can never be obtained untill all Mavericks are destroyed

The Maverick Virus

a Computer Virus which move though the air like any normal human virus (like the flu), the Maverick Virus has exsisted for years and contributes to 50% of the Maverick Population in the planet, as Robots and Reploids can fight back against the Maverick Virus with Anti-Virus programs installed into their system, the Maverick Virus still hasn't been stopped as it seems to mutate as time goes by and Scientists still study each new starin of the Maverick Virus to develop a new Anti-Virus program, the origan or the Maverick Virus is unknown as there are many rumors about the sorce of the Maverick Virus and even the creation of it

High Order Mavericks

you have your normal everyday Mavericks, and then you have you High Order Mavericks, Mavericks that minipulate other Mavericks, humans and even Robots and Reploids, most High Orders plan to conqure the world, enslave humanity of even destroy humanity, Megaman and friends mainly fight High Order Mavericks to stop their plans, High Orders are known as High orders because Maverick Hunter and even the Officals sometimes are willing to start a war with them to destroy them, they are the highest of Maverick Hunter's Mosted Wanted Mavericks list.

Mav Energy

a strange energy that seems to flow though Mavericks, Reploids can sense this energy to determin weather or not a machine is a Maverick or not, in the Megaman Battle Guardian I: Hunters of Memory, if you equip a certin CPU you can collect Mav Energy and use it to make weapons, armor, other CPUs and even realy powerful items.

Cyber Elves

digital entities which hold a physical form, Cyber Elves are used to interface encrypted terminals that Reploids and Robots, can't access, it's not know how Cyber Elves came to be or how they are created and it's not know if they can be infected with a Maverick Virus, there has been no reports of Maverick Cyber Elves however there is speculation that the High Order Maverick named Varyal Void maybe a Cyber Elf inside a Reploid Body.
