Chrome is a character mentioned in Chapter 6 by Trishia no-Mikoto infront of Ground Forces H.Q.
Chrome's name is brought up when Alicia comments how she is the first human to be brought back to life. Trishia questions Chrome's "Taydr experiments" which Alicia passes off as they apparently don't count. this may suggest that Chrome is some sort of reseacrher dealing with bring things back to life yet her "Taydr experiments" havn't reached to the same level as Alicia's own resurection.
As both Alicia and Trishia know Chrome it's suspected that she is a resident of Al-Hazard
