Alicia Testarossa is a Managrapher of the Scholars Faction and the head of the Hazard Suspension Crop

Profile

Background

Alicia was born in 0034 but when she was 7 years old she was caught in the explosion of a reactor experiment headed by her mother Presea Testarossa. her death caused a great deal of greif to Presea that she was unable to accept it and lead her down the path towards Project F and the Jewel Seeds hoping to find a way to bring Alicia back to life while keeping her body preserved in a glass tank.

Appearance

Alicia is the splitting image of her younger sister Fate. only new trait however that may have been a resault of her resurection is that her hair appears to shine and glow, even in darkness her hair glows brightly however the glow doesn't appear of any surface.

Alicia also appears to have bad eyesight which she comments to have had since before her death. she is able to correct her vision with Mana however the spell is a sustained effect and a constent drain on her mana and thus not advisable for outside combat.

Chronology

Pre-Deployment

A year after the Material Unit stole Variable Mako Alicia acompanied Trishia on a mission to get the Material Unit back.

Initially the portal Trishia created was supposed to open on TSAB Uninhabited World #22 Risque which was where the Material Unit first arrived however a trap set caused the portal to destabilize, the result flung the pair into other dimensions before finally arriving on board the Kaizer.

Mako Trio Incident

After escaping the Kaizer the Alicia and Trishia searched for Jail Scaglietti having been told about him before their deployment and learning his location from hacking the TSAB Network also learning that the TSAB had found 3 warships of unknown origin in the past year. after they fled the Gruen High Security Orbital Prison Alicia suggested they split up having discovered one of the Variable Mako's ships had already been stolen.

Alicia then headed to Novus to see if she could untilize the Paradox Hourglass to track the Variable Mako. After meeting back up with Trishia confirming the data on the current missing Mako ships Trishia set off for Carnaaji to see where it had headed. Shortly after Trishia returned they discovered all 3 ships approaching Novas forcing them to flee the caves. Trishia suggested sending a message to Section 6 about the development hoping that they can create a diversion for them to get into the ships.

While Nanoha and Fate fought the Incomplete Jail Alicia entered the Mako D to locate and retrive the Jewel Seed that was inside and ensure that it returned to her mother. After Trishia's Link Core became unstable Alicia was able to fighting off and disabling the the Incomplete Jail Alicia allowed Trishia to kill him due to him having hurt both Fate and Trishia.

During one passionate night after having sex with Trishia Alicia she becoming agreivated by Trishia desire to see "her" apparently giving up on herself. Alicia recited a poem she wrote hoping that her deepest feelings could shake Trishia's resolve. Considering Trishia's reactions Alicia accepted it as a success

Material Unit Attack

After tracking down the Material Unit to Earth Alicia and Trishia headed strait there unaware of Nanoha and Fate being there. they first arrived in Egypt where they detected Lord Dearche's magic only to find a destroyed base before detecting Seikou's and Levi's.

The 2 arrived just in time to stop Lord Dearche with Alicia fighting Dearche while Trishia fought Seikou and Levi however seemed to be unfocused. in an uncharacteristic move Trishia shielded Alicia from Dearche's attack and in her unfocused state did not deploy the correct spell to shield herself, the result critically injuring her. after regrouping at the Takamachi House Alicia expressed her guilt having shaken Trishia's resolve and weakening Trishia's magical ability to try and correct her genetic damage.

After discovering that the book Levi had was writeen by Izanagi no-Mikoto ALicia spent the night translating it and locating the general location of the TALON Nodes. Along with Suzuka Tsukimaru and Arisa Bannings the 3 headed to the Uminari Museum where they discovered Izanami's Atelier and one of the TALON Nodes.

As of the end of Chapter 8 Alicia, Lindy and Chrono were last seen fighting Lord Dearche.
